(Donna Frasca is the owner of Decorating by Donna, which is her company that specializes in JUST color.

Catering to the Charlotte, North Carolina area, she has developed a system called “Color Recipes©” which uses food as inspiration to design a color palette for an entire home. She's been quoted in several publications saying, “It's really a delicious and foolproof way to choose color for your home”.
