Kevin talks of the delicate balance between always doing the right thing for customers, but also being loyal to vendors (whom he refers to as partners). As I point out my own recent visit to the Remodeling Show/Deck Expo and commenting on the number of deck fastener systems that were represented, he agreed that there are -- quote “so many products.” He continues, “It’s one of the things that sets us apart, JB.” He always peppers a conversation with my name, and I figure I am not the only one he does that with . . . .
