This Old House Peep Asks "Do You Believe in Ghosts?"

This ghost, it seems, has a tendency to shut the jobsite's Dewalt radio off (possibly when it doesn't agree with what's on). The helper, of course, says, "Yeah, I can feel it moving back and forth behind me. But I just try to ignore it." [ . . . ]

With all of the hammering, clanking, nail gunning (and occasional swearing) going on next door, it seemed that my neighbor was “up to something.” I couldn’t resist swinging by to see if he was finally adding on that family room he’s had his mind’s eye focused on for the past few years.
