I think as many of us know, it takes much more than framing, siding and fixtures to make a home.  In this area of Building Moxie :: the Blog, you’ll find articles and essays not only about home projects completed, but also on the path taken to get them there.

Welcome to the :: ‘Hood

I live in Baltimore, Maryland. Within certain circles, the area in which I live is known as the ‘hood. Short for “neighborhood,” of course. In the ‘Hood, the category, you’ll find stuff about houses that we have not worked on, a focus on services providers, the Pros We Know, and occasional notes on our (general) movement toward more sustainable building practices.
