		<description><![CDATA[My wife and I are considering pulling the carpet and tile in our first floor condo and putting in a stained concrete floor. We have heard all different responses to our question of: How thick the concrete should be? Answers range from 1/2-inch to 4 inches.

Please help!

A smaller number makes sense because 1) It&#039;s residential not industrial and 2) You have to allow for the doors.

Whatever light you can shed on this will be greatly appreciated.
