(Say a prayer.  And we did ultimately put her home on the market and we did in the end part with it).  It also received a handful odd items out of Mrs. Moxie’s first flip project. [...]</description>

		<description>I agree... for me the new exterior door was the ticket.  Not really seen in these shots is new trex (I think) decking on the wrap around porch + plus the new rail was absolutely more pleasing. I will pass your note on the Mrs. thanks.</description>
