So we took a few weeks off… and I was hoping to come back with big news of being on top and all caught up.  Don’t know I can say that, but we are going to do our best to crank it out this week – it’s been just too long good readers.

I did have time to jot down guest posts for both Globallighting.com and for friend @ArneSalvesen at Useful Spaces.  Pretty happy with both and look for them in October.  We (Barry and I) had a day to visit friends at DAP Products and J. Gibson Mcilvain Lumber –  posts later this week (fingers crossed).  And yes if you have been following, we did reach our goal, a full 106 Miles, and we are on our way to the 2011 Remodeling Show.  A quick special thanks on this out to Crown Point Cabinetry (at the Show as well), a fourth corporate sponsor and hopefully a spotlight post here soon too.

When it comes to buying a new roof, many homeowners don’t know where to begin. This video provides insight into the three main steps homeowners need to take when updating their roof.  Here, they are:
